Mailyn Greig-Ratz is a senior majoring in food outreach studies and minoring in public health, American Sign Language and photography. She is originally from Münster, Germany, grew up in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and moved to the US in 2010.

Appalachian State University senior Ann-Marie Mignone, from Gibsonville, is the current undergraduate research assistant on the Linville Gorge Wilderness area survey team, led by Dr. Alice Wright and Dr. Cameron Gokee, associate professor and assistant professor, respectively, in App State’s Department of Anthropology.
