The Career Development Center supports the mission of the university and its Division of Academic Affairs in developing lifelong learners and leaders by engaging and challenging students within a culture of care and inclusion. Students who participate in the center’s services are able to identify core values, beliefs and skills and use them to articulate relatable career goals; acquire transferable skills and relevant experiences for future professional endeavors; and utilize resources that are available to gain experiential learning opportunities and cultivate professional networks.

Career Coaching:
Career Coaches designated to a specific college are available to meet individually with students. Career Coaches can provide insight on topics including:

- Pursuing a Gap Year
Career Exploration:
Career Exploration helps students to choose a major and find a career that best suits their interests. This office provides a variety of assessments and one on one coaching for students who are still exploring career and major options.
Student Employment:
The Office of Student Employment can help with identifying on and off-campus part-time jobs, as well as federal work-study, and will process on-campus employment paperwork.
CAS Career Coach
The Career Development Center hosts a variety of career events and programs throughout the year to connect students with potential employers. These career fairs and events provide students with the opportunity to network, access numerous jobs and internships, and can even lead to an interview afterwards.
