Ben Trotter, formerly of Ohio State University, Columbus State College and Bexley School, is co-author (with John Rule) of the award-winning "A World of Paper: Louis XIV, Colbert de Torcy, and the Rise of the Information State" (McGill-Queen's U.P., 2015). It won both the Pinkney Prize (Society for French Historical Studies) and the Gershoy Prize (AHA).
