Humanities Grant Program Officer Visit

BOONE, N.C. — Join High Country Humanities and the Office of Research and Innovation for an informational session on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, from 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. in Room 421 of the Belk Library and Information Commons. This event will offer humanities faculty and local community partners the opportunity to learn about current funding opportunities from North Carolina Humanities program officers. Participants will have time to ask the Director of Grants and Compliance questions about proposal development and the application process. They will also have the option to meet individually with a North Carolina Humanities program officer to discuss grant project ideas. 15-minute one-on-one meetings will be available from 1:30 - 4 p.m.
