We will be giving out solar glasses on Sanford Mall on Monday, Aug 21 starting at 1 p.m.
We will give one pair per person while supplies last.
Alternatives for viewing and sharing in the Solar Eclipse will be available all afternoon including our live stream from totality in Sylva, N.C. in Grandfather Ballroom.
For more on how to make your own pinhole projector and tips on how to safely view an eclipse visit our plan ahead and safety page.
